PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY: * 8+ years of experience: Workday HCM Functional/Configuration, Integrations, Reports and conversion. * Extensive knowledge of the various HR transactions and processes involved with Workday HCM. * Expertise in Employee Life cycle (Core HR), Employee self-service, Manager Self-service, Payroll Interfaces, Benefits and compensation modules. * Involved in Compensation setup and Design. Involved in creation of Compensation rate codes and setting up Compensation Business rules and exceptions. Worked with Business to discuss on optimum methods of deriving Compensation plans. Worked on setting up pay frequencies and deriving Annualized and Hourly salaries. * Worked on Merit pay increases and performance raises. Loaded the data for employees with Merit Pay event reasons, as provided by the business. * Involved in setup of Event reasons for Merit pay increases * Good understanding of Workday Business Process Framework and Business object model. * Actively participated in the Data Conversion of On-Premise application to Cloud system: Workday. * Actively involved in full cycle PeopleSoft to Workday 24 implementation project. Actively involved in design of process flows in workday and the fit-gap analysis of the existing HR Business processes in the On-Premise PeopleSoft and Workday. Worked with Workday vendor team to prepare the design of Sync between PeopleSoft and Workday. * Involved in data conversion activities. Prepared SQLs for converting core HCM, personal details and demographic details from PeopleSoft to Workday. * Prepared data as required by iLoad Templates for conversion of PeopleSoft to Workday. Worked to Troubleshoot errors encountered during the Loads. * Developed workday to PeopleSoft Sync. This was to keep PeopleSoft running in parallel for the first three months after converting to workday. * Developed integrations in Workday for outbound interfaces to vendor systems. This involved extensive use of XML, XSL, XPath, Workday web services API, WSDL. * Developed integrations having single file output using EIBs for external vendors. * Developed Calculated Fields for employee status, Job event reason, Compensation event reasons for reporting and integration. * Worked on core connectors and document transformations. * Developed outbound integrations with third party vendors like ADP, Hewitt and Fidelity. * Sound experience in extracting data from workday using custom reports. Used BIRT as a reporting tool to configure and generate dashboards required by business. * Experience developing and running custom reports based on business process. * Experience optimizing performance of custom reports * Experience scheduling custom reports in Workday and outside Workday * Worked on ServiceNow Support tool for logging, resolving and tracking incidents/requests of various levels of priority.
