Qualifications * Significant experience helping marketers create successful interactive content campaigns * 6 years experience implementing and documenting data integrations for marketers * 6 years experience writing for SaaS support site * 8 years experience being successfully client-facing * Marketing Technology expertise in setting up API integrations between platforms and implementing JavaScript-based tracking * Experience working in Marketing Automation platforms: Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot and Click Dimensions * Experience working in help desk and project management platforms: Zen Desk, Trello, Liquid Planner, Slack * Ability to troubleshoot undesired behavior in technical workflows and identify/document resolution * Able to effectively work on time sensitive projects, bringing a positive attitude and commitment to professionalism
