Summary I have over 32 years experience in the real estate industry with the last 29 years in the title insurance industry. I was a top residential title representative at two large title insurers before entering management. I have spent the past 26 years in management. I have managed all aspects of the title business including, Sales, Customer Service, Relationship Management, Escrow, Title, Curative, Policies, etc. and have had as many as 300 employees reporting to me. I have also managed IT, Risk/Compliance, Finance, Training, and HR teams during my career as well. I was also instrumental in multiple mergers/acquisitions as our small title insurance agency grew to a national company and ultimately became part of a major title underwriter.
