Performed Cold Backups, Hot Backups, Full backup, Incremental & Cumulative backups as well. * Experience in Logical Backups - full/partial, Conventional and Datapump Export/Import. * Expertise in Monitoring, Optimizing Oracle database for Performance Tuning and system/modules for Application Tuning using tools like AWR, ADDM, ASSM, STATSPACK, TKPROF, EXPLAIN PLAN, analyze TOAD, SQL*TRACE, UTL_STAT and DBMS_STAT - Strong understanding about Oracle 10g advanced features like AWR, ASM and ADDM, Advanced security & Advanced Auditing. * Fixing SQL Plans with SPB and SQL Profiles. * Experience in Flashback technology with use of flashback table, flashback database for recovering tables and databases. * Experience in data loading using SQL*Loader. * Analyzing backend procedures, functions, packages and triggers using PL/SQL. * Good experience in Database Creation, Partitions, Privilege management with role-based security, Setting-up parameters, Tablespaces, Indexes, User Setup, Roles, Security, Storage, resolving ORA-errors and network management. * Experienced in Oracle Support processes for technical requests through Metalink. * Experience in capacity planning, space management, Rollback segments and Undo segments.
