QUALIFICATIONS * 20 years gaming & resort experience including 7+ years in Native American casinos * Versatile and experienced gaming professional highly skilled in gaming floor operations and overall casino management * Full complement of managerial skills including P&L, budgeting and strategic management * Enthusiastic team builder and team leader will exceptional staff management skills * People focused with a passion for guest and employee satisfaction * A proven record of doing what is required to obtain maximum return and bring the highest possible reward for the organization * Strong analysis of slot floor to maximize profits and increase length of guest stay and return visits. Experienced with multiple slot systems and software programs * Instrumental in training staff for three casino openings, including Sands Macao in China. This has included end user training for over 300 team members in slot accounting systems * Attended specialized training at the Division on Addictions, Cambridge Health Alliance an affiliate of Harvard Medical School. This training was brought back to the Venetian Resort a Responsible Gaming program was put together and given to over 4,000 team members * Critical leader for two full slot accounting / player tracking conversions. Each of these conversions required training for use of the new system in a variety of formats to ensure each team member was 'on board' and able to perform their job duties: * Classroom training * PowerPoint with screen shots of application * Handouts showing step by step instructions with screen shots and helpful hints * Hands on training using test data / environment * Hands on training using live environment and true work process * Software Systems: MS Office, Excel, Power Point, IGT Advantage, CDS, ATI OASIS and Bally ACSC, MICROS, PeopleSoft and other systems
