SUMMARY: * 10+ years of experience providing talent acquisition and human resource consulting. * 10+ years of MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience for Southern California Edison. * Human resources, vendor management, contract negotiations, client, and employee relations. * Placement of contractors on long and short term projects within IT, Engineering, Human Resources, Technical, Management, and various other classifications. * Policy interpretation and ensures accurate and consistent application of organizational policies and procedures in accordance with federal and state laws. * Excellent verbal and written communications skills which reflect the ability to effectively convey and explain information and influence outcomes. * Self-motivated and proactive with excellent time management skills of efficiently prioritizing multiple high volume projects concurrently while meeting aggressive deadlines.
