Summary * Handling of executive correspondence, travel (domestic/international), event planning, budgets, expense reports, presentations, purchasing forms and invoices, payroll, and human resource related matters * Planned local and overseas business meetings, including email invites, conference room scheduling, and food ordering * Providing support to departmental managers, rolling up weekly status reports, assisting with special projects, etc. * Maintaining and uploading current information into document management systems, such as SharePoint/ProjecTools * Collaborating with other administration/secretarial staff, provided assistance and training, as needed
