Developed "The BEST of Health for You" a motivational-at-home workout program for seniors. Distributed to 2.3 million Medicare Advantage members. Received 90% member approval rating. $500k P&L. Created developed and managed a securities lending business using both fixed income securities (Brady Bonds) and equities. Within three years the program grew from $175 million to $3.3 billion. * Enhanced earnings on held positions and lowered the cost of covering short positions which added revenues of $1.5m/year. Seized opportunity to manage and increase local lending programs in Brazil Chile and Mexico resulting on revenues of $1m/year. Advised on new lending programs in Eastern Europe.
