Increased sales on Dell and Compaq computers by educating customers on the systems basics. Set up Internet on computer display to show the unlimited access of the systems. Initiated customer telephone support to diagnose hardware/software issues. If problem could not be resolved over the phone, on-site help was available. Worked with Bell South to offer a cash ISP for customers without checking or credit card accounts. This enabled Rent-A-Center to offer a complete computer rental package of hardware/software and IS.
