Skills Summary In my 15 years in customer service with 10 of those years being in a management position I have acquired many different skills. My personal favorite is the ability to take a negative situation and turn it into a positive for customers and employees as well. I also have excellent computer knowledge including but not limited to word, excel, pages, and keynote. I am a Mac person but am fluent in windows operation as well. An ability to lead a team and be respected is also a strong skill that I have. I took two dominos stores from grossing just shy of a million a year to two million follower projections in less than a year.
