Rooftops Manager of one of the famous Wirgley Rooftops surrounding Wrigley Field. Responsible for all aspects of operations including door food service bars staff inventory facility maintenance etc. at all events with an average guest list of 225 persons. With acquisition of new client base assumed role of Operations Manager of multi-million dollar digital imaging corporation. Utilizing my restaurant expertise and in conjunction with CEO responsible for staff hiring and training establishment of staff productions pars and standards equipment service and maintenance schedules supplies pars levels and ordering/inventory client satisfaction standards pickup and delivery logistics.
