Well knowledgeable in delivering a diverse range of human resources functions that support management and staff in achieving organisational goals. LIZ MORGAN Subject matter expert in all areas of the human resources function including employee relations hiring staffing and on-boarding of the store and management teams state local and organizational compliance and strategic support for a team consisting of 150 employees doing 35million in annual sales. Manage all employee relations issues including interviewing and investigations for discrimination and harassment claims workplace violence concerns and safety violations. Provides guidance and advises management on resolutions. Manage location payroll staffing and scheduling to ensure labor goals are met while ensuring departments are staffed to meet store and customer needs Responsible for all Worker's Comp claims LOA administration ADA compliance and unemployment related issues and hearings Extensive knowledge in all areas of the business coupled with strong financial acumen enabling business leaders to drive results and increase market share within assigned region.
