SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS Thirty-eight (38) total years' experience in healthcare, seventeen (17) of which have been in Human Resources Professional capacity related to all areas of H.R. policies and procedures development and management, employee relations/employee engagement, communication, online and instructor-led training, recruitment/retention, labor relations, union negotiations, conflict resolution, union avoidance, disciplinary/discharge issues, workers' compensation, salary administration, benefits and ensuring compliance with Federal/State/Local regulatory compliance, including but not limited to, preparation of EEOC Position Statements in answer to charges of discrimination. Nine (9) years' experience as a licensed nursing home administrator with a solid background in planning and overseeing the overall operations of various LTC centers in the State of Mississippi, with a strong focus on customer service (internal and external customers) and managing the workforce. Also served in various capacities during the years with Beverly Enterprises, beginning with Administrative Assistant to President and CEO and was later provided promotional opportunities, including Administrator-In-Training Program, Marketing Team Representative, and Human Resources Manager.
