I have an extensive back ground in customer service, call centers and the ever growing E-commerce industry. I have developed policies and procedures with the goal of improving service and site functions. I have also developed and reached sales goals and have been able to reduce call and chat abandonment rates. I'm a proven educator, coach and mentor that has created, and implemented countless training manuals.
