Manage and execute cross border assignments and permanent moves, including compensation, incentives, benefits, pension, immigration, tax, and severance. Experience with the management and administration of health and welfare expatriate benefit plans. Effective at building cross-cultural relationships with all levels of leadership from multiple functions and businesses as a member of a diverse global team. Extensive experience with creating compelling messages to be delivered to a variety of stakeholders on high-visibility global mobility assignment issues.
