Summary of Qualification 23 years of experience in multinational companies in the management positions, mainly financial functions and 7 years in local Brazilian companies. Currently I am in Singapore as a Finance Vice President for ASIA Pacific, Middle East and North of Africa regions in a Joint Venture between Borealis and ADNOC Abu Dhabi National Oil Company. I support Sales & Marketing CEO and respective Regional SVP's with a team of 77 people across the region. This joint venture is in a continued growth process and my main responsibility it's to provide finance support, leading the finance team, processes, compliance, decision making, managing risk within the organization to support expected turnover of 6B-8B by end of 2020. Most of my duties are within Accounting, Finance, Treasury, Compliance and Credit and Risk management and Group and Business Controlling manners. I am also responsible for Board and Audit Committee, Statutory Accounting, Business Models, Budget, evaluation of investments and any Ad Hoc project that requires finances interface. Before taking this position, I was at Borealis Head Office in Vienna/Austria, reporting to Group Senior Vice President HR supporting the following areas: CFO, IT, HR, Group Legal, Communications, Strategy and Development Group, Commercial Excellence SVP and CEO as HR business Partner for a period of one year. My main contributions while in Vienna were reporting to the Group CFO, driving improvement projects related to the finance organization as well as business related. In Brazil, I lead the business support organization, as country Administrative Finance & Director of Borealis (chemical/plastic industry), responsible for controlling, accounting, finance, HR, procurement, legal, IT and system implementation. With the knowledge of corporate accounting structures/processes, IFRS compliance, the ability to optimize processes, procedures, structure, managing projects, investments, negotiations with partner, etc. Also, I have been in charge of interacting, challenging and monitoring financial figures, statutory aspects, managing board meetings and aligning with business leaders in Europe. As a Business Partner and responsible for controlling activities: tracking and monitoring results, driving budget and forecasts processes, KPI's setting, supporting decision making and execution of tactics with the ability to work in partnership across teams and cultures. Also, effectively leading the entire financial responsibilities: accounts payable, receivables, cost accounting, tax, internal/external audit, risk management, controls, IT, legal, subsidiaries board meetings, etc. Interface with external authorities, banks, consultants and audit firms. HR responsible in country - ensure alignment of corporate practices, performance reviews, as well dealing with local issues (union agreements, etc.). Responsible for local supply chain: demand planning, production planning, material planning, logistics and procurement activities. Major experience in previous companies - supporting the start up process of production facilities and projects implementation such as expansion, closure and down sizing. As main attribution: implement administrative area, establish/align corporate people management approach and develop cross functional organization under a global environment.
