Developed business plan to accomplished this targeting these customers. Build a cohesive bond between Sales and Architecture team at MAPEI. Working jointly assisting our distributors to increased sales. * Built an architectural program that was underdeveloped in this region. * Provided AIA certified programs to 25 to 35 Architectural and other industry related groups each year. * Supported and trained team of local and national Mapei sales reps using CRM and REED. * Organized and ran monthly large project meetings for MAPEI sales reps. Resulting measurable increased sales. * Established ongoing working relations with key national accounts including Forever 21 H&M Carl's Jr. Starbucks Disney. * Increased sales $1,000,000 annually with my recommendations. * Provided master specification changes to 100+ Architects during my tenure.
