Description
Professional Summary * Installs, troubleshoots, and repairs hardware and software * Setting up Desktops/Laptops by installing Operating System and other necessary Software * Setting up Wireless router and troubleshooting Wi-Fi/LAN issues * Setting up and installing network Printers and other peripherals * Resolve issues related to Microsoft Windows 7/10, Outlook/Exchange, VPN, Data Back UP experience, Setting up Laptop and Desktop, password changes, install software, printer hardware and software knowledge. * Provides technical support to users for IT related hardware and software * Communicate with end users via telephone, in person, chat, and other remote utility software * Communicate status of issues with users and report to manager * Performs other tasks as assigned * Knowledge of Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating system and standard applications such as MS Office and Instant Messaging * Knowledge of a variety of PC software and hardware from different manufacturers (HP, Dell, Lenovo.) ability to learn new software packages and hardware configurations Core Qualifications * Customer service-oriented * Product and service expertise * Excellent communicator * Help Desk * Conflict resolution * Analytical and diagnostic skills
