Accomplishments Leadership Led process of transforming Microsoft Virtual Academy (MVA) into one of Microsoft's most important readiness engines (3+M registered users). Landed key metric on division scorecard ensuring Microsoft global subsidiaries drove target audiences to our online product-both FY14 and FY15. Created the "Microsoft Jump Start" technical readiness series, reaching well over 5M unique users/year via live online video. Business Transformation Led business transformation from traditional software sales to SaaS including messaging, product and operational process changes to agile/LEAN. Reduced operational costs by 50% by automating processes (e.g., provisioning, invoicing) via product & CRM integrations. Managed post-merger process of collapsing LMS/LCMS and products from two companies included go-to-market strategy, budget, sales readiness.
