I-Bot Technology Apr. 2006 to present Currently, I perform the role of technical service support engineer for existing robotic products, training for customers and technical consultation for new system projects. I assist our sales team in presenting our service abilities on robotic products used in the Hi-Tech industry. The type of service support provided includes equipment maintenance, installations and upgrades as well as, instruction for robotic wafer handling systems and environments, load ports, wafer and foups ID readers. These servo drive systems are CNC controlled devices. Ensuring the availability of all parts and supplies required for these systems and the research of second and third sources for such supplies is an on-going responsibility. In this position, I coordinate service activities with several OEM's and end users providing front end support to their systems.
