I am involved in teaching hematology , coordinating courses, preparation and conducting exams and also in revising of the course curriculum. I have been the coordinator for research projects for the biomedical scientists and was supervising a number of students over the years in conducting their final year research projects. Previously I have worked at department of Heamtology, Baqai medical University, Pakistan for 13 years where I was involved in teaching hematology to MBBS, BDS, MSC, BSC , MPhil students. I established the molecular lab at the institute.. As a teacher of biomedical sciences I try to emphasize for the practical training of the students and along with giving them a good background of the theory of the subject I also try to give them maximum exposure of the practical experience either in the teaching lab or the running lab as trainees so at they can fulfill the requirements of the employers. I wish to excel in hematology teaching and research. Therefore wish to explore different opportunities for teaching hematology is different institute to gain the experience in the field. I wish to continue with research and expand the knowledge to synchronize the present updated world of science.
