Daily Duties at Organic, Inc.:

• Manage day-to-day operations for the Executive Director of the Interactive Business Group utilizing report generation, policy & procedure development/implementation, and employee time management (140 employees) • Successfully managed an on-going and ever-changing meeting calendar for this executive • Created and updated organization charts and budget reports • Recommend, coordinated, and managed Sr. Management Team (30+ employees) off-site event “How to Manage in an Interactive Business Unit” • Maintain Employee Handbook and revise/update, as necessary • Tracking for all accounting procedures process (i.e. billing, invoicing, budgets, etc.) • Maintained uniform performance evaluations by functional area while monitoring evaluation process
