Office Team Work Values

Daily Duties at Office Team:

• Provide Contractual Support to various companies on a temporary basis, including but not limited: Manage calendar and schedule, Screen calls and visitors, Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences, Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office, Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing, Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system, Arrange travel and accommodation arrangements, organize events/engagements, etc.
