Daily Duties at Pelican Products/Elite Professional Services:

• Under minimum supervision, performs a wide range of sales and clerical support duties for the Sales Directors, Sales team members, and Brokers Sales Representatives. • Actively supports company quality objectives and contributes to the quality management system as assigned. • Responsible for promptly answering incoming telephone calls and emails in a professional manner. Provides the sales team with excellent service and maintains sales team. Liaison between Outside Sales team/Reps and Directors, communicating appropriate key information • Creates and updates custom reports and presentations including, but not limited to, sales recaps, sales activity by region/industry , trending and ordering patterns, rolled-up call reports highlighting account activities and opportunities, commission reports and production/sales reports using Query Builders and various Microsoft applications. (Daily Use: SAP)
