Daily Duties at Tsys :

Directly responsible for the strategic management and development of all Internet recruiting functions. Outlined, prepared, presented and directed Total System Services 2001 Internet Re-cruiting Strategy. Outlined and presented to management Total System Services 2001 Training Schedule for both the TSYS recruiting team and the Synovus recruiting team. Conducted biweekly training sessions for both groups in the area of advanced Internet recruiting techniques, recruiting regulations and employment labor laws. Prepared and presented weekly competitive research reports for the HR department and management. Conducted various presentations at local colleges, universities and high schools on job outlook, critical IT skills and interviewing techniques and practices. Authored two requests for information (RFI’s) and assisted in the development and creation of placing these in an electronic format.
