Acted as a liaison between various colleges and universities for the Medical College of Georgia School of Allied Health Sciences for the purpose of recruiting perspective students. Placed individual clinical candidates in vacant positions throughout West Central Georgia using various free sources and through networking, saving rural providers approximately 333,000.00 in recruitment agencies fees. Professionalized Human Resource function by more cost effective strategies. Drafted various recruitment plans to attract and retain health care professionals from various disciplines.
