Daily Duties at Wavelink:
Oversaw sales (Inside and Field) strategies, sales calls, account management and other hands-on activities, which lead to customer acquisition, account development and customer satisfaction – resulting in over $14M in sales. Actively recommended and implemented company strategic and tactical transition to “channel only” sales model, including automation tools, business process development and channel development activities - contributed to record $3.8 M booked in Q2, 2004. Specified, implemented and operated sales management tools and processes to include full ownership of CRM tool (Salesforce.com) with direct report (Forecasting, Pipeline and KPI analysis) to CEO and VP levels. Managed and helped set sales incentive compensation, administrated plan with finance and oversaw procedures to facilitate timely administration of quota and commission attainment information.
