Daily Duties at Speakeasy:
Reported directly to the CEO. Retained by Speakeasy, following acquisition by Best Buy for Business, to lead and build a national Sales organization for Broadband, VoIP and Managed Services/Hosting technology. Directed and contributed to sales initiatives for 3 distinct sales channels: Direct, Partner and Residential (SoHo). Created complementary marketing programs to support targeted sales efforts and product focus. Coordinated and managed sales programs and project teams to support pivotal sales strategies. Trained, managed and motivated 26 + direct reports who were fully accountable for sales results, profit margins and top line revenue growth.
