Joined Allaire during startup to develop a sales and presales team to introduce the Web 1.0 Collaboration and Java Integration Server product suites. Developed midmarket, enterprise and OEM partner revenue opportunities in North America and EMEA. Recruited and supervised account executives, presales specialists, and marketing evangelists bringing the initial go to market team together in six weeks.
