I am a licensed nursing home administrator in both Pennsylvania and Ohio. Although I have worked hard to achieve my license the facilities that I have interviewed with have not hired me because I don't have experience as a nursing home administrator. I may have to become an administrator in the gas and oil industry for awile to gain experience and then go back to healthcare.
My goals are to complete graduate school with a MBA and to become a Nursing home and long term care administrator.
