I am a licensed nursing home administrator in both Pennsylvania and Ohio. Although I have worked hard to achieve my license the facilities that I have interviewed with have not hired me because I don't have experience as a nursing home administrator. I may have to become an administrator in the gas and oil industry for awile to gain experience and then go back to healthcare.
