Claims Processor, Administrator - 20 yrs. experience
Claims Processor or Administrator where I take the initial claim from the client, email to Carrier, follow up with claim number and adjuster's name in a letter to the client and literally hold the client's hand throughout the whole process, with the Agency or Company's heart in mind too. I also follow up for Reserves to get them reduced or removed. I prefer an agency of 20 or more employees.
