Reported directly to Developed the entire test program for qualification and acceptance testing of the electrical power system used on the International Space Station (ISS). Led a team of 25 people which included 5 people who were located in the NASA Glenn Research Center who had overall responsibility for this power system. Testing consisted on exposing the electrical power system which as 30' long X 16' square to various space simulated situations such as vacuum and extreme temperatures in addition to other conditions. During the course of this effort also prepared all of the cost proposals which were eventually submitted to Congress for funding approval. * Led the team to be the first element used on ISS to complete the qualification testing an achievement for which our team was presented an achievement award by NASA. This qualification testing was completed one year ahead of all other elements * Assisted in the design and construction of two major facilities used in conjunction with the ISS one of which was the Space Station Processing Facility at Kennedy Space Center and the other was the
