CAREER HIGHLIGHTS * 30 Years of Product Quality and Process Improvement skills, from initial concept development to Reliability and Durability analysis. * Managed the Quality Resolution process for the Dodge Journey helping to reduce the initial launch warranty of over 250 Cs/1000 down to less than 90 Cs/1000 over a 3 year period. * Established and ran bi-weekly Interior Component Core Quality Meetings for 4 different interior areas that led to 7.3% warranty reduction achievement beyond the target level. * Resolved numerous vehicle assembly problems on the Jeep Grand Cherokee, including issues on the A-pillar trim, floor console, steering column shrouds, sun visors, instrument panels, and BSR issues. * Led SPC Key Pilot project on ring gear balancing, improved the FTC of the balancing process eliminating the need for overtime and saving the plant over $60k a year in excess shipping costs.
