SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS * Proficient in the application of numerous therapeutic approaches including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and REBT, with training in Schema work * As a member of multi-disciplinary teams, 15 years professional practice in all aspects of addiction treatment with emphasis on co-occurring disorders, and 10 years of medical social work practice in a large public hospital * Proven ability to maximize reimbursements through proficiency in successful documentation of client needs and progress * Enjoy working with people with complex needs (including homelessness, involvement with the criminal justice system, chronic mental health diagnoses, HIV-AIDS spectrum, and sexual identity/orientation issues) * Self-starter and seasoned leader excelling at team building, staff development and training, and motivating others * Fluent (speaking, reading and writing) in English, Spanish, and French conversational Italian.
