Accomplishments from 2005 - 2017 * Increased FRIENDS operational reserve fund by $500,000. * Acted as chairperson for a committee of community leaders to develop and implement a Supervised Visitation and Exchange Program. Solely responsible for raising the program's first two years of the program's operations. * Amended FRIENDS Human Resources Manual, implemented procedures for recruitment of new employees and annual employee performance reviews. * Expanded FRIENDS Legal Program by successfully receiving an increase of $132,000 from the Victims of Crime Assistance Fund. * Repaired relationships and removed barriers which allowed for the creation of successful collaborations between FRIENDS, Washington County's District Attorney Office, and five law enforcement agencies to improve victim services. * Spoke to legislators in Washington DC about the importance of re-authorizing the Violence Against Woman's Act. * Served on the Board of Directors for End Domestic Abuse Wisconsin.
