ACCOMPLISHMENTS Shortly after graduating from college I accepted a Management Training position with Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company involving personal trust and custodial services administration and was promoted through a series of increasing responsibilities to the position of Trust Officer in 1984 and held that position until December 1986. I made significant contributions in new business development, new clients, asset growth and bank revenues. Representative accomplishments would include: * As Trust Officer I was responsible for management of client accounts, implementing and coordinating investment decisions with clients, and investment advisors, examined and evaluated trust accounts and wills, managed estates, and advised clients in estate planning with their attorneys, interpreted tax laws, established income producing client portfolios and negotiated management fee schedules. * Managed and administrated most difficult and sensitive accounts. During my tenure, I was responsible for growth in client base, portfolio growth realizing increased annual revenue in management fees. * Extensive liaison contact with clients, management, attorneys, brokers and accountants. BACKGROUND During the last 30 years I developed and established many international business associates including advising many international clients and sovereign governments. I specialize in structuring financing for sovereign governments and international clients for project financing including pension funds, insurance companies and asset management firms. It has been quite the experience. Born in Greece and been living in the United States since 1967. My educational background includes a degree in Business of Science in Economics, from City College of New York training in banking and finance through American Institute of Banking in New York and was employed with blue chip banking institution Manufacturers Hanover Trust in Private Banking. Seasoned, administration and operations oriented Financial/Investment Manager with years of experience with a blue chip banking institution and skilled financial administration and operations, equity and fixed income investments, asset management, strategic planning, cost controls and fee schedules, evaluation of financial performance and financial reporting. Particular strengths are in banking, investment banking, client relations, evaluating and managing special projects. Excellent technical abilities, sound business judgment and an instinct for cost-cutting systems and procedures. I have solid track record in building smooth-running, cost-effective financial and banking operations, with superb management, administrative and leadership qualities. While an officer with Manufacturers Hanover Trust in Private Banking the I was responsible for management of client accounts, implemented and coordinated investment decisions, examined and evaluated trust accounts and wills, guided clients in estate planning, interpreted tax laws, established income producing portfolios, negotiated fee schedules and was responsible for administration and management of difficult and sensitive accounts where the bank was appointed as co-trustee and co - executor respectively.
