Human Resources, Insurance, Benefits, Employment Law including employee communications, compensation policy and incentive program development, annual review of medical, dental and retirement plans (bid comparisons and negotiations), DO & EO insurance programs, U.S. and international tax efficiency planning and design, and the establishment of firm policies and procedures.
