Also involved in Business requirement gathering and participated in Requirement/Use Case reviews and working sessions to understand the requirements and system design. * Worked on Content Management system in eCommerce platform - Adobe Experience Manager * Experienced in writing Test plans, defining Test cases, creating the RTM - Requirement Traceability matrix, developing and maintaining the test scripts, Test Defect log, Test reporting and documentation of all phases of QA process. * Experienced in Front-end testing, System Testing, Unit Testing, Integration testing, Backend Testing, API Testing, End to End Testing, UAT testing and Regression Testing of web based and Client/Server applications. * Have conducted various integration testing for Telecom domain including Work Flow Management (WFM), Point of Sale (POS), VISION, VIIA, ACSS, Adobe web content management (formerly CQ5) and Vendor Shipping integration with Deliv, FedEx etc., * Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, agreeable personality, positive attitude and perseverance to undertake challenging jobs. * Committed, result oriented, Innovative, hardworking person with quest and zeal to learn new skills.
