Senior Finance Officer - LOGCAP January 2015 - Present * Senior Finance officer for the LOGCAP (Logistics Civil Augmentation Program) a Defense Department Program supporting bases and troops in Afghanistan. Vectrus is partnered with the Fluor Corporation. * Deliver all elements of Accounting and Financial support for the program in terms of Government/military contracting, accounting, financial forecasting, Operating plans, budgeting, pricing proposals/quotations, contract line item funding, Task Order/MOD funding, global payroll, cash requirements and bank reconciliations. * Perform monthly closes and ensure that they are accurate, meet all compliance requirements, are on time and conduct post close reviews with HQ. * Responsible for lead role in customer meetings with Fluor regarding the contract financial status. * Serve as the primary point of contact for the Program Director, Operational Managers and Vice president to maximize the programs financial metrics and provide Revenue and Operating Income modeling to forecast Revenue and Operating Income commitments. * Own and manage the EAC (Estimate at Completion) process, development and submission. Reconcile and rationalize EAC against the other financials such as the calendar actuals to date for the year and since contract inception and the Operating Plans.
