Profile Summary * Production and operations: full spectrum of stage/production shows, major headliners and concerts (popular, classical), sports and special events, conferences/conventions, theme parties, specialty attractions, Las Vegas-style New Years Eve galas * Technical specification: full spectrum of venue design/development, audio/video, stage technology, and entertainment systems, installation, staffing, operation, and maintenance * Programs with audience capacities over 6,000 * Relentless pursuit of surpassing guest expectation of the brand experience in every detail, including highest caliber of entertainment product quality and consistency, content, presentation, dress code, and relevance. * Full spectrum of PC and Mac platform operation including entire Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, PPT, AutoCAD, and Adobe Photoshop Operations * P & L responsibility for all departments with typical program revenues exceeding $25 million * Routine profit margins at better than 35% of revenue * Final variances consistently on time and on budget within 5% of initial objectives * Staff supervision of over 500 individuals in areas of administration, artistic personnel, costume and scenic technicians, operations, A/V and technical support, ticketing/box office/audience operations, and outside vendor/contractors * Key contract negotiation in all performer, technician, support, and supplier agreements * Talent contractor/booking agent, negotiating directly with artists and with major LA, NY, and Miami talent agencies, with savings of 10% -
