Accomplishments: * Assisted in the opening of 2 major distribution centers in Flower Mound, TX and San Bernardino, CA. * Responsible for 320 Material Handling Equipment (292 forklifts / 28 Attachments) separate pieces of equipment at a cost of $7,822,714 * Responsible for 425 separate pieces of RF equipment at a cost of $422,253 * Established production lines in each of the major distribution centers to produce the complete solution toilets. These installations provided a cost savings of $550,000 per year by cutting down on transportation costs between manufacturing plant and customers * Shred Shop Redesign * Tank Room/Maintenance Storage Upgrade Project * Assist with the 2015 Maintenance Storage Audit
