Summary I have extensive experience working in audit and regulatory compliance disciplines including reviews of information technology, finance and operational functions, and capital projects. My work spans the electric and gas utilities, wholesale electric generation, and financial services industries. I have held senior and leadership roles in internal audit, project management office and customer service. Over the last seven years I developed management experience through leading teams of individual contributors, providing work direction, coaching, mentoring, reviewing performance, and disciplinary actions as required. I established the compliance team for a large capital project, including hiring and orientation creation of procedures, processes, and tools selection and scheduling of review projects and implementation of controls to insure Sarbanes- Oxley compliance. I am an effective team member with experience working with various levels of staff, management, and executives.
