Proficiency in using PC, PMS opera, Fidelio suite 8, Credit Card machine, MS Office Applications, web-based applications, and telephone equipment .Basic arithmetic and accounting procedures. Team player but can work individually .Effective coordination and team building attributes. Ability to maintain an amiable and profitable working relationship with clients and partners. A quick learner who can absorb new ideas, communicate clearly and effectively and also find suitable solutions to meet the needs of guests.
