Profile * Total 10.5 years of Testing Experience in web based and client-server application. Was also involved in Requirement Analysis as part of Functional Testing. * Around 3.5 years in Mobile App Testing (iOS/Android). Summary * 10.5 years of IT experience in testing of web and client-server applications in Telecommunication domain. * Experienced in Waterfall and Agile methodologies. * Involved and contributed in Requirement Gathering, Requirement Analysis, all phases of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), Effort and Resource Estimation, UAT, Production Deployment and Verification and Retrospective meetings. Maintain Documentation for all releases/sprints and process followed. * Have hands-on experience working in ICOMS and CSG Billing systems. Created work orders in ICOMS and ACSR for testing purposes. * Extensive experience leading Offshore & Onsite teams and coordinating, Reporting the Daily & Weekly activities to the Leadership. * Worked in Time Warner Cable (Charlotte, NC) during 2010 for testing AAD (Advance Agent Desktop) application and later continued working from Offshore (India) for 4+ years. * Experience working with multiple vendors and geographically distributed teams. * Expertise in preparing Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scripts, Test Data, Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM), Root Cause Analysis Reports, Bug Status Reports, Test Summary Reports and UAT Test Plans. * Proficient in Manual and Automation Testing (QTP/UFT for web based application, Meux for mobile application). Exposure to VB scripting and Test Management tool and Bug tracking tools like (HP QC, Rally). Also have experience working in IVR Telephony. * Proficient in Integration Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing, Smoke Testing, Database testing, User Acceptance Testing and End-to-End Testing. * Experience with manual testing of applications on mobile devices for functionality and usability. * Basic knowledge of RDBMS and SQL queries. Performed Front-End Testing, Back-End Testing /Involved in validation of data, which has been populated into Database Tables using TOAD Interface & Splunk interface. * Strong experience with MS Office Package as MS Word, MS Excel for writing Test Plans, Test Cases, weekly status report. * Ability to meet deadlines with strong analytical skills, good writing, verbal and communications skills.
