Summary of Qualifications_______________________________________________ I have strong Christian beliefs and work ethic with 25+ years of experience in the food service industry. My background is in large group feeding and "comfort food". I have organized company picnics for 6500, a Thanksgiving Dinner for 600 (2006 - present), fed a professional football team for a season, as well as intimate dinner for 6, the dietary requirements of an adolescent hospital of 300 and a healthcare facility of 125, a business meeting for 30 and everything in between. I take great pride in what I do and have a great deal of respect for the food industry and those I have worked for. With so many years in this industry, I am strong in leadership, motivation, organizing, project management, as well as being very familiar with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
