Extensive experience in creating and defining critical metrics and identify process improvements. * Extensive experience in Project Estimation, Testing Strategy, Test Plan and Resource governance. * Experience in resource planning, allocations, reviews and test planning. * Experience in managing resources (onsite / offshore) - Work assignments, estimations, resource allocations, resource planning and reviews. * Extensive experience in documenting, executing and maintaining Test Strategy, Automation Strategy, Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Test Cases and creating the Traceability Matrix based on business requirements * Created and Managed automation framework, test scripts and execution using QTP/UFT and Selenium. * Extensive experience in financial domain especially commercial lending and small business loans, Investment Banking, Telecom domain and Healthcare domains * Proficient in Functional Testing and Regression testing of the applications and experience in Batch Process testing using UNIX and Backend database testing. * Coordinate test environment setup with the release teams and vendors for variance environments like Dev, SIT, BAT, PAT/UAT and PROD.
