Career Highlights * Improved client engagement process at Ross Stores Inc., by creating new tools for needs analysis and change management processes resulting in increased collaboration with business partners, improved project design and targeted deliverables. * Introduced new learning design and development strategies at Ross Stores Inc., including an event based learning approach, and the SAM (Agile) development model resulting in an improved learner experience that focused measurable behavioral changes and quicker development times. * Built up the instructional design and presentations development skills within the Ross L&OD team, and several client groups, by providing training on how to develop training materials and presentations. * Developed two key learning programs for the Ross Talent Acquisition Team including the Retail Leader Internship and Retail Leader in Training programs which resulted in increased engagement from field operations and the retention of qualified interns post internship. * Designed, developed, and produced two 7-minute eLearning modules on workplace violence prevention for Ross Corporate Security.
