PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY / QUALIFICATIONS I am a high performer with demonstrated leadership and people management experience vital to the success of business OGSM's (Objectives, Goals, Strategies and Measures). Since my tenure with the Dresser Consolidated/GE Energy family, I continue to focus on warehousing skills and product shipment/packaging standards, while enhancing my knowledge of inventory management from being Inventory control manager and zone coordinator for physical inventories. I have been able to use my prior employment with International Paper to utilize skills obtained from managing a union work force facility to better lead and direct employees. As a result of my previous leadership experience with International Paper and Dresser/GE, I have developed world class project management skills through collaboration across multiple facilities by way of SAP training and implementation. My expertise as a SAP Super User led to these multiple facility training's as the lead subject matter expert. Throughout my career with Dresser/GE I was inspired to take on additional responsibilities from Logistics Lead to Inventory Control Manager and SAP Trainer, in an effort to become more effective in my leadership role and continue to improve my knowledge and skill set which in turn has further enhanced my interpersonal skills and strengthened my capabilities in people management, teaming and collaboration.
