Summary of Qualifications * 5+ years of Project Management experience in a rapidly changing environment serving as the liaison between offices while building an accountable and reliable data management system in a branch office in order to achieve successful strategic development and improvement of business processes with regard to data governance, data privacy, and regulatory compliance with a comprehensive understanding of various departmental technological resources and preferences. * 3+ years of database administration experience in initiating, designing, developing, implementing and maintaining a relational database management system (RDBMS) using Microsoft Access including the extract, transfer, and load (ETL) process to foster data driven decision making and in the pursuit of process improvement to facilitate streamlining processes providing communication and training by serving as the point of contact and subject-matter expert for database technology. * Experienced writing structured query language (SQL) database queries to prepare thorough and comprehensive reports in accordance with departmental goals through collaboration to gather specific requirements and documenting current processes. * Master's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration of Business Intelligence and Analytics Management.
